If a guest attempts to make a payment but the fund is lower than the amount to pay, the payment will fail, and both, you and the guest will receive a notification. Additionally, you can see the payment status on the reservation details, in the payment section.

In such cases, we recommend contacting the guest to arrange alternative payment methods that can be used to complete the transaction and confirm the booking.

It's important to note that the reservation will not be automatically canceled due to a failed payment.

Uncaptured payment indicates that the payment has not been processed due to unprocessed bank authorization from the guest. In this situation, the guest should contact their bank to resolve the issue and provide the necessary authorization.

If the guest insists that they have received confirmation from their bank. It's possible for some banks to send SMS confirmations even if the payment is still pending or unconfirmed when you check your bank account.
