Fetch guests information from Chekin ℹ️

Chekin, an external partner integrated with Amenitiz, takes care of crucial tasks for our hoteliers’ operations. The integration between Chekin and Amenitiz helps hoteliers to retrieve their guests' details and have them stored in the Amenitiz client’s file. In this article, you will see how to retrieve guests’ details from the check-in online form.


First, you need to activate Chekin and create an account, Here you have an article that explains how to activate and create an account on Chekin.

Once the online check-in request is sent and filled by the guest, in order to retrieve guest details in Amenitiz follow these steps:

  1. Go to "Reservations" or "Planning".
  2. Click on "View booking details".
  3. Go to the "Customer" tab.
  4. Click on "Edit".
  5. Click on "Fetch Chekin info".
  6. Customer details will be filled in.

Note if the online check-in has not been completed, you will see a message saying that it was not possible to add the information.
