Airbnb will no longer share guest emails if you have an active connection with a channel manager. 😥 This article will guide you on maintaining clear communication with your Airbnb guests using the Amenitiz messaging system, ensuring seamless interactions despite these new limitations. 🙌

In order to use the Airbnb automated messages, follow this article to activate it through your Airbnb channel manager connection

Follow these steps to activate the Airbnb automated messages:

    1. Go to Settings
    2. Click on "Templates"
    3. Click on "Create a template"
    4. Tick "Message (Airbnb only)" or Tick "Message if no email is provided"
    5. Add the message in the blank window
    6. Set up when the message will be sent
    7. Select the rooms that the message will be automated for.
Note that the template you create will be sent automatically to any reservation coming from Airbnb and will appear in the inbox.
