Our roadmap includes expanding to more distribution channels in the near future, such as including more metasearch channels and we will keep you up to date with these developments.
How can I enroll in the AmenitizBoost pilot?
Simply go to our AmenitizBoost enrollment page and click “activate”, accept the terms & conditions and you are enrolled. It’s that easy. Once you have successfully been enrolled you will receive a confirmation email from us within the next 2 business days.
How will I integrate your service with my existing booking system?
Integration is straightforward and requires minimal effort on your part. Simply go to our AmenitizBoost enrollment page and click “activate”, accept the terms & conditions, and we will handle the rest. Your booking system is already integrated with our PMS (Property Management System), ensuring seamless synchronisation. All bookings will be generated directly through your website, maintaining a smooth and consistent guest experience.
Where can I see the bookings I am receiving from AmenitizBoost?
You will receive an email when campaigns have generated your first direct booking through AmenitizBoost. Afterwards, you will be able to track bookings generated in the Performance Page inside of our platform. Once per month you will receive an invoice from Amenitiz, where all bookings generated, revenue and commission will be displayed. Cancelled bookings won't be charged, and thus won't figure on the invoice.
How long will it take to see the results of the campaigns?
You will start seeing results reflected in the Performance Page (revenue, commissions and bookings generated), which will be detailed in your monthly invoice. Furthermore, there will be an AmenitizBoost report, providing you with more detailed insights. The timeline for seeing these results can vary based on factors like campaign start date and market conditions, but you will have clear visibility into the impact through our reporting.
I have been searching my hotel on Google and did not find my ad.
Google search results are tailored to each user's browsing habits and interests, using complex machine learning algorithms. When you search for your own hotel and don't click on the ad, the algorithm may interpret this as a lack of relevance and reduce the frequency of displaying your ad. This is a common phenomenon and does not reflect the actual performance of your campaigns. To accurately assess the visibility and effectiveness of your ads, we use comprehensive analytics tools that provide insights into impressions, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance. Rest assured, your ads are being shown to a broad audience and are optimised for the best possible visibility and engagement. How am I charged?
You are charged a 12% commission (incl. VAT) on the bookings generated by AmenitizBoost campaigns. This commission is only applied to completed bookings, and any cancellations are deducted and refunded to you. There are no upfront costs or hidden fees, making it a risk-free way to increase your direct bookings.
Any additional add ons the customer includes during their stay (e.g. room upgrade at check-in) or City tax, will be exempt from commission today.
You will pay commission at the time of bookings, meaning that commission charges will happen in the month of booking.
There are no hidden costs. We operate on a straightforward 12% commission model, applied only to the bookings we generate. If there are any cancellations, those will be deducted from the total, and you will be refunded accordingly. This ensures you only pay for genuine, completed bookings.
How can I measure the return on investment of this service?
Our 12% commission model allows you to directly measure ROI based on the bookings we generate. Since the investment in campaigns comes from our side, your cost is limited to the commission on successful bookings. This can be compared to the commissions you pay to OTAs and other booking platforms, often providing a more cost-effective solution.
Can I opt out of AmenitizBoost, and how do I do it?
Yes, you can opt out of our AmenitizBoost pilot at any time. If you wish to do so, you can go into your Amenitiz left menu bar and click Marketplace. Look for AmenitizBoost in the search bar and finally press the ‘Deactivate’ button.
