Where to find the Performance page:
In the left-hand navigation menu, click on Performance.
Once inside, on the top left, you will find two tabs displaying important data about your property.
1️⃣ Performance tab
The Performance Tab provides a comprehensive view of your bookings and revenue over time.
Here’s what you’ll find:
Key Metrics Overview
At the top of the page, you will see a summary of essential business performance metrics:
-
Gross Revenue: Total revenue generated over a selected period.
- RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room): Shows how much money your property makes per room, whether it's occupied or not.
- Occupancy Rate: Percentage of rooms booked.
- Average Daily Rate (ADR): The average price per booked night.
-
Booking window: The period between when a reservation is made and the check-in date.
-
Length of stay (ALOS): The average number of nights guests stay at your property.
Gross revenue includes all charges, such as booked nights (with VAT), extras, city tax, and discounts. Revenue is allocated either by transaction date or parent event date, depending on the charge type.
📌 Example: A 1st July booking (€100 base + €20 tax + €10 extra + €2 city tax - €10 discount applied on 3rd July) results in €122 displayed for 1st July.
