Create a new authorization manually

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Go to > Reservations and click on the desired booking
   
   
2. Click on > View booking details
   
   
3. Go to Payments section and scroll down to AmenitizPay
   
   
4. Click on the three little dots under options and click on > Add authorisation
   
   
5. Create a new authorisation, this amount will be held for 30 days on the bank account.

Creating a pre-authorization on an American Express card will automatically charge the card for that amount.

You can see all the statuses of your authorisations from the section AmenitizPay > authorisations.
