Step-by-Step Guide 🛠️

1. Access the Rate Plan Settings ⚙️
   Start by logging into your Amenitiz dashboard. Navigate to the Booking Engine section and select Pricing from the sidebar. Here, you’ll find all your rate plans, including those specific to OTAs.
2. Choose Your Rate Plan 🏨
   Find the rate plan you want to customize. Click on Edit Rate Plan to open its settings.
3. Choose Between Linked or Independent Restrictions 🔄
   Here’s where you can choose whether to link your new rate plan to an existing one or give it its own restrictions:
   • Linked Restrictions: If you want this new plan to inherit the restrictions from another (e.g., your Standard Rate with a 2-night minimum stay), simply select the option to link it to that plan. This way, you won’t have to re-enter restrictions manually.
   • Independent Restrictions: If you want the rate plan to have its own specific restrictions (e.g., a 7-night minimum stay), select “No, I want this plan to have its own restriction plan.” This allows you to set unique restrictions that won’t be affected by changes to other plans. After setting the restrictions, make sure to hit save at the bottom of the page.
4. Use the Bulk Update Feature 📅
   To apply these restrictions across multiple dates or rooms for that specific rate, use the Bulk Update feature in the Inventory section. It’s a super-efficient way to manage your rate plan across different periods with just a few clicks.
