You can select your preferred billing option when subscribing or modifying your plan.

How to check or change your subscription plan

🔹 To check your current plan:

  1. Go to Settings in your Amenitiz dashboard.

  2. Click on Billing & Subscription.

🔹 To change your plan:

  1. Follow the same steps as above.

  2. Click Change Plan.

  3. Select the plan that fits your needs.

⚠️ Warning

Your subscription includes a one-year commitment, meaning that modifications of your plan can only be made after this period.


FAQs

Where can I find the contract I signed with Amenitiz?

Amenitiz does not issue traditional contracts for subscriptions. Instead, clients accept our sales terms during the online sign-up process. These terms outline all relevant conditions, including billing and cancellation policies.

For a detailed summary of your current subscription—such as your plan, pricing, renewal date, and billing documents—go to Settings → Billing Informations in your Amenitiz back office.
