Compare the Presence, Sales Pro and Ultimate+ plans, pick monthly or annual billing, and check or change your current plan.

This article compares the three Amenitiz subscription plans — Presence, Sales Pro and Ultimate+ — explains monthly and annual billing, and shows you how to check or change your current plan.

Use this article when you are choosing a plan, reviewing what your plan includes, or preparing to upgrade.


Before you start

  • Only the account owner can change the subscription plan.

  • Amenitiz subscriptions include a one-year commitment. Plan changes apply after the initial commitment period.

  • Have your current invoice email handy if you need to compare what's included.


Step-by-step instructions

Compare the plans

Each plan groups a different set of Amenitiz apps. Pick the one that matches how you sell today:

  • Presence — the website layer.

    • Website builder (search-optimised, multi-language).

    • Training and tutorials.

  • Sales Pro — the sales and operations layer, without the website builder.

    • Booking engine (with online payments).

    • Channel manager (connection to 120+ distribution channels at no extra cost).

    • PMS (property management: housekeeping, online check-in, reservations).

    • AmenitizPay (online payment collection).

    • PriceAdvisor (pricing recommendations).

  • Ultimate+ — everything in Sales Pro, plus the website builder.

Choose monthly or annual billing

  • Monthly payments — pay-as-you-go. Your subscription renews every month.

  • Annual payments — commit for a full year at a lower price. Your subscription renews every twelve months.

You pick your billing cadence when you sign up and can change it when you modify your plan (after the one-year commitment).

Check your current plan

  • Go to SettingsBilling Information.

  • Review the current plan, renewal date, and next invoice total shown at the top of the page.

Change your plan

  • From the same page, click Change plan.

  • Select the plan that fits your needs and the billing cadence (monthly or annual).

  • Confirm the change. The new plan takes effect at the next renewal date.

⚠️ Warning

Downgrades can only be applied after the initial one-year commitment. Upgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Your plan continues to renew automatically until you cancel it — see How to cancel your Amenitiz subscription.


FAQs

Where can I find the contract I signed with Amenitiz?

If you joined Amenitiz before August 2025, there is no separate contract — you accepted our sales terms during the online sign-up. Read them on the Terms & Conditions page. Your current plan, price, renewal date and invoices live in SettingsBilling Information.

If you joined after August 2025, your Amenitiz Sales contact sent the contract by email. If you cannot find it, email [email protected] and a human agent will resend it.


When does my subscription renew?

Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every twelve months. The exact date is shown in SettingsBilling Information. Most subscriptions renew automatically unless explicitly cancelled.


Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes, when you change your plan. Click Change plan, pick the new plan, and choose monthly or annual. The change applies at your next renewal.


What's the difference between Sales Pro and Ultimate+?

Sales Pro gives you the sales and operations apps (Booking engine, Channel manager, PMS, AmenitizPay, PriceAdvisor). Ultimate+ adds the Amenitiz Website builder on top. Pick Ultimate+ if you want Amenitiz to host your property website.
