How to manage the Airbnb cleaning fees

Updated over a week ago

With the Airbnb direct connection, it is possible to manage your Airbnb cleaning fees from your channel manager tab of your Amenitiz Administrator area.

Managing cleaning fees via Amenitiz is not limited to Airbnb but can also extend to platforms like Expedia, ensuring a seamless experience across multiple booking channels.

This article only applies to Airbnb connections made from your Amenitiz administrator area, in the > Channel Manager section. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact our support.

In order to change your cleaning fees on Airbnb, you just have to go to > Channel Manager in the sidebar of your Amenitiz administrator area, then go to > OTAS and > Airbnb.

You will arrive on the Airbnb connection settings page.

Click on the 3 horizontal dots on the right of the accommodation, and on "Airbnb Settings"

You arrive on the settings page, where you can find your pricing settings. You can modify your cleaning fees from here:

Navigate to the Pricing tab to locate the cleaning fee configuration section and adjust the settings as needed.

This cleaning fee will be mandatory, if you have cleaning fees on several accommodations, you can repeat the operation on your other rooms.

For Airbnb, note that the cleaning fee is charged per stay, not per night, to align with platform-specific policies.

If you charge cleaning fees on several units, you can repeat the operation on your other units to assign specific fees for each listing as necessary.

After changing your settings, don't forget to > Update at the bottom right of the page.

Ensure all changes are saved to successfully apply cleaning fees to your listings.
