With the Airbnb direct connection, it is possible to block bookings from a certain time, from your channel manager tab of your Amenitiz Administrator area.
Understanding and configuring these settings is key to maintaining control over your property’s availability and giving guests flexibility.
This article only applies to Airbnb connections made from your Amenitiz administrator area, in the > Channel Manager section. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact our support.
To configure advance booking rules for Airbnb, navigate to Channel Manager > OTAs > Airbnb in your Amenitiz administrator area.
You will arrive on the Airbnb connection settings page.
Click on the 3 horizontal dots on the right of the accommodation, and on "Airbnb Settings"
Under Airbnb settings, you can find configurations for availability, pricing, and same-day booking restrictions.
You arrive on the settings page, where the Availability section allows you to modify the advance booking restriction. This setting determines how far ahead or close to check-in guests can book. For instance: - To allow bookings only within 24 hours of check-in, set the restriction to 24 hours.
If you have an advanced notice for several accommodations, you can repeat the operation on the other rooms.
After changing your settings, don't forget to > Update at the bottom right of the page
