This guide shows how to edit your property’s contact details, address, and age-related rules from Property ▸ General.
Access the General settings
Go to Property in your sidebar.
Click General.
Contact information
Here you can update the name, email, and phone numbers of your property, as well as the company registration number.
The property name appears on your website and in the footer of automated emails.
The email appears on your website and receives enquiries from your contact form.
Both phone numbers appear on your website. The first phone number also appears in the footer of automated emails.
The telephone country code is automatically added in automated emails.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Property address
Your address appears in the footer of automated emails and powers the Google Maps pin on your website’s Contact page.
Click Save after any change.
Multiple properties at different locations
If your Amenitiz account has several properties (for example, apartments or villas) and you need a different address per unit:
Go to Property.
Click Accommodations.
Open the relevant unit.
Set the Accommodation type as Apartment or Villa.
When prompted “Create a new address for this property?”, select Yes.
Enter the address and click Save.
Guest age settings
Children settings
Choose whether your children and age-range settings apply to the Entire property or to Each accommodation.
If you select Each accommodation, go to Property ▸ Accommodations to configure age ranges per unit.
Click Save to confirm.
Minimum guest age
Set a minimum age for guests if your property only welcomes guests above a certain age.
Where to set it: Property ▸ General
What guests see: The minimum age policy is shown to guests before they book on your booking engine.
To set a minimum age:
Go to Property ▸ General.
Find Minimum guest age.
Enter the age (for example, 18 for adults-only).
Click Save.
