A Google Business profile is your property's free public listing on Google Search and Maps. It shows your photos, reviews, opening hours, and a direct link to your Amenitiz website — so guests can find you and book without going through an OTA.
Create your profile to get listed; manage it to keep your information accurate and your visibility high.
Step-by-step guide
1. Search for your business on Google or Google Maps
Type your property's name and city — or the full postal address — into Google or Google Maps.
If it appears: open the existing profile.
If it doesn't: create a new profile from google.com/business.
2. Claim ownership of the profile
On the profile, click Own this business? and verify ownership with a Google account. Google offers verification by phone, email, postcard, or Search Console.
3. Complete your business information
From your Google Business dashboard, fill in:
Website — link to your Amenitiz website.
Contact details — phone number and business hours.
Photos — high-quality images of rooms, amenities, and surroundings.
Property name — the same name used on OTAs and your website.
💡 Tip
Keep your business information consistent across all platforms — it boosts your visibility on Google and improves guest trust.
4. Update your profile regularly
Review your profile every few months and update:
Opening hours and seasonal closures.
Photos, after renovations or new amenities.
Replies to guest reviews and questions.
Important rules
Only the verified owner can edit the website link or reply to reviews.
Use the same property name on Google, OTAs, and your website — Google rewards consistency.
An unmanaged profile risks showing outdated info to guests, hurting your visibility and trust.

Think of it this way: My Business shows your profile; Hotel Ads shows your prices and availability.
Can I show my prices on Google from my Google My Business account?
