Step-by-step guide
1. Accessing the Payouts section
To access the payouts section, follow these steps:
Log in — Log in to your Amenitiz account.
Navigate — Go to AmenitizPay → Payouts.
View Your Payouts — A list of all past and upcoming payouts will be displayed.
2. Understanding the collection period
The collection period is a specific timeframe during which transactions are gathered before being processed for payout.
Collection Period: From Tuesday to Monday of the following week.
Batch Calculation: All transactions during this period grouped together into a single batch for your payout.
3. Payout Schedule
Once the collection period ends, your payout is automatically scheduled and processed.
Payout date: Sent three business days after the end of the collection period (Thursday)
Payout transit and completion:
Transit Time: As soon as the payout is sent to your bank, it is marked as "In Transit"
Completion: The payout will arrive on the same business day, with a maximum delay of 24 hours

If a guest pays between Tuesday, July 8 and Monday, July 14, your payout will be sent on Thursday, July 17.

The payout schedule described above (collection from Tuesday to Monday, payout sent on Thursday) applies only to AmenitizPay accounts in the following countries:
