In this article, you'll learn how to access and understand your AmenitizPay payouts effectively. Follow the step-by-step guide to know the process of viewing your payouts and the specific periods associated with them.

Step-by-step guide

1. Accessing the Payouts section

To access the payouts section, follow these steps:

  • Log in — Log in to your Amenitiz account.

  • Navigate — Go to AmenitizPayPayouts.

  • View Your Payouts — A list of all past and upcoming payouts will be displayed.

2. Understanding the collection period

The collection period is a specific timeframe during which transactions are gathered before being processed for payout.

  • Collection Period: From Tuesday to Monday of the following week.

  • Batch Calculation: All transactions during this period are calculated as a single batch for your payout.

3. Payout Schedule

Once the collection period ends, your payout will be processed and scheduled for release.

  • Payout release: Payments are made 7 days after the end of the calculated week.

  • Payout date: since the collection period ends on Monday, your payout will be processed and sent on the following Monday.

  • Payout transit and completion:

    • Transit Time: As soon as the payout is sent to your bank, it is marked as "In Transit"

    • Completion: The payout is expected to complete within the same business day, with a maximum delay of 24 hours

f the collection period ends on Monday, May 15th, your payout will be processed and sent on Monday, May 22nd.

4. Verifying the payout

You can verify the status and details of each payout by clicking on it in the Payouts section.

Payout statuses:

  • In transit

  • Failed

  • Paid

For better clarity, download the payout report by clicking on the blue cloud. You'll receive an email in your inbox with the data.

What happens if my payout is delayed?

If your payout does not arrive on the expected date, double-check your bank details and contact Amenitiz Support if the issue persists.

Can I change my bank account information for payouts?

Yes, you can update your bank information from your AmenitizPay settings. Make sure changes are made before the end of the collection period to reflect in the upcoming payout.

Are there any fees associated with the payout?

Yes, transaction fees are applied and can be viewed in the Payout report.

Can I track individual transactions within a payout?

Yes, each payout shows a breakdown of transactions that are part of that specific collection period.

What if my bank rejects the payout?

If a payout is rejected, it will be marked as Failed, and you will be notified. You can then correct your bank details and request a reattempt. Just contact our support.
