How to access and understand the AmenitizPay payouts

Find and reconcile your AmenitizPay payouts. Weekly schedule by default (Tuesday-Monday, paid Thursday) or switch to daily payouts for €9.90/month.

Overview

A payout is the transfer AmenitizPay sends to your bank account, grouping together the guest payments collected during a defined period. By default, payouts are weekly — you can switch to daily payouts for a monthly fee if you need faster access to your funds. This article explains where to find your payouts, how the schedule works, and how to reconcile a payout with the underlying reservations.


Before you start

  • Payments are what guests pay through AmenitizPay. Payouts are the transfers sent from AmenitizPay to your bank account — each payout aggregates multiple payments.

  • Most AmenitizPay accounts in Europe and the UK are on the weekly schedule by default. Brazil is processed differently (see Brazil below).


Access the Payouts section

  1. Log in to your Amenitiz admin.

  2. Go to AmenitizPayPayouts.

  3. You'll see the list of all past and upcoming payouts.

How the weekly payout schedule works

By default, AmenitizPay groups your payments into a weekly batch:

  • Collection period: from Tuesday to the following Monday.

  • Payout sent: Thursday — three business days after the end of the collection period.

  • Arrival: usually the same business day it's sent, with a maximum delay of 24 hours.

👉 Example

A guest pays anytime between Tuesday 8 July and Monday 14 July → the payout is sent on Thursday 17 July.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. Other countries may follow a longer timeline.


Switch to daily payouts (optional)

If you want faster access to your funds, you can switch to daily payouts for €9.90/month. To enable it, email [email protected] — our team sets it up for you. The fee is billed alongside your Amenitiz subscription and is prorated if activated mid-cycle.

With daily payouts:

  • A payout is sent every business day.

  • Each payout includes payments from three business days earlier.

  • Weekend payments are included in your Monday payout.

👉 Example

A guest pays on Tuesday 15 July → that amount is included in your Friday 18 July payout.

Useful when you need to:

  • Make midweek wage payments.

  • Restock supplies or pay vendors.

  • Handle urgent repairs or unexpected costs.


Brazil — different schedule

In Brazil, AmenitizPay processes payments daily rather than weekly, and payouts take approximately 30 calendar days to reach your bank. Make sure your bank account details in AmenitizPay are correct to avoid delays.


Payout statuses

Each payout in the Payouts list shows one of these statuses:

  • In transit — the payout has been sent to your bank and is on its way.

  • Paid — the payout has been credited to your bank account.

  • Failed — the payout was rejected (usually due to incorrect bank details). You'll be notified to correct the details so it can be reattempted.


Reconcile a payout with your reservations

To match a bank deposit to the reservations behind it:

  1. Go to AmenitizPayPayouts.

  2. Click the blue cloud icon on the payout to download the report.

  3. You'll receive the report by email — it lists each payment included in the payout, with the corresponding reservation and the transaction fee (commission).

💡 Tip

FAQs

What happens if my payout is delayed?

If your payout doesn't arrive on the expected date, double-check your bank details. If the issue persists, contact our team.


What if my bank rejects the payout?

If a payout is rejected, it's marked as Failed and you'll be notified. Correct your bank details in your AmenitizPay settings and contact our team to request a reattempt.


Can I change my bank account information for payouts?

Yes. Update your bank info in your AmenitizPay settings. Make the change before the end of the collection period so it applies to the upcoming payout.


Can I track individual transactions within a payout?

Yes. Click on a payout in the Payouts list to see the breakdown of transactions included in that collection period. You can also download the full report for a CSV of every payment, reservation, and fee.


Are there fees on payouts?

Yes. Each payout includes the per-transaction commission for the payments it contains — these appear in the payout report. See how to manage AmenitizPay commissions and invoices for the full rates.


Can I download payout reports in bulk?

Not yet — payout reports are downloaded one at a time from the Payouts page.


How do I switch back from daily to weekly payouts?

Email [email protected] and our team will switch you back. The daily-payout fee stops being billed from the next billing cycle.
