Amenitiz PriceAdvisor is a tool aiming to optimize your pricing strategy to gain more revenue, maximize occupancy and save time. This article provides you with useful information about the new Amenitiz PriceAdvisor features of integration of events and price recommendations in the Calendar.

The calendar is the core of the platform and where you find all information about your occupancy, having price recommendations in the calendar can help you spot empty dates and optimize the occupancy by having the right price at the right moment, for the right room.

Events can affect pricing and restrictions and have a huge impact on the pricing strategy too. It is crucial to not miss out on revenues on those most impactful days of the season. The events on the calendar can be filtered by region and they include schools and public holidays. To track events and have them on your calendar you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to "Planning" and click on "Calendar"

  2. Click on "Add holidays"

  3. You will be redirected to the Amenitiz PriceAdvisor settings Go to the end of the page

  4. Click on "Select country"

  5. Select a region

  6. Click "Save"
