Want a calendar that suits your unique style? You can tweak your calendar to display what matters most to you — whether it's room categories, housekeeping status, or emojis for extras. Here's how.
Before you start
These settings only change how the calendar looks for you. They don't affect bookings, rates or anything guests see.
You can change them as often as you like, and reset to the defaults at any time.
Step-by-step instructions
Pick your calendar density. Before opening the settings, choose how detailed you want the calendar. Top-right of the calendar you'll see two buttons:
Expanded view— more details, extra info on each booking.Compact view— a cleaner, more minimal display.
Open the calendar settings. Go to
Calendarin the sidebar, then click theSettingsbutton in the top-right corner.Choose your preferences. Toggle on what you want to see:
Split calendar by room categories— see different room types at a glance.Show housekeeping status— display cleaning status directly on the calendar.Show unit prices— show unit prices on each cell.Show emojis— visually tag your extras with emojis. Head over to your Extras section to assign them.Show PriceAdvisor recommendations— if you're subscribed to PriceAdvisor, display its price suggestions in the calendar.Booking colors— personalise how bookings are coloured. Pick one of:By booking status (Booked, Checked in, Checked out)
By payment status
By booking source
Save your settings. Once you're happy with the customisations, click
Save— the calendar reflects your new preferences immediately.
💡 Tip
You can pick a different colour for each option. Open the dropdown next to each status to adjust it.

No — these are display preferences only. They control what you see on your screen; they don't change any booking data, rates or anything guests see.

Emojis show up next to extras only once you've assigned one to each extra. Go to your Extras section and add an emoji to each extra you want to surface.

The toggle only works if you're subscribed to PriceAdvisor. Without a PriceAdvisor subscription the option is shown but no recommendations populate.

Yes. Under Booking colors, pick the dimension you want (booking status, payment status or source) and then open the dropdown next to each individual status to set the colour.
