Before you start

Step-by-step instructions

Open the calendar

  • Click Calendar in the sidebar.

Read the calendar layout

  • Rows are rooms (individually managed) or room types (stock-managed).

  • Columns are dates.

  • A coloured bar is a reservation. The colour usually indicates the source channel (website, Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, manual).

  • A striped or grey cell is a block (maintenance, owner use).

  • Icons on the bar indicate check-in status, payment status and guest notes.

Tune the view

  • Use the date range selector to jump to the week or month you need.

  • Use Filters to show only specific channels, accommodations or statuses.

  • Click a reservation bar to open its details side-panel.

📌 Note

Hover over a reservation bar to get a tooltip with the guest name, dates, total and status — no need to open the side-panel for quick checks.

FAQs

Why is a reservation on the top row instead of a room?

The top row is the overbooking row. A reservation appears there when its assigned room was deleted or when two reservations overlap on the same unit. Open the reservation and use Switch room to reassign it.

Why does a reservation appear twice?

The reservation spans multiple units of the same room type. Each unit is a row, so a multi-room booking shows as one bar per occupied room.

Can I customise the channel colours?

Channel colours are currently fixed to keep the legend consistent across accounts. The reservation type is always shown in the side-panel as well.
