Overview
The Calendar in the Planning section centralises every booking from your direct site and connected OTAs. Filters let you narrow that view by check-in status, payment status, source, and room category — so you can focus only on the bookings you care about at a given moment.
Apply filters to the Calendar
Go to
Planning.Click
Calendar.Click
Filters.Select what you want to filter by.
Click
Save filters.
📌 Note
Filters stay active for the whole Calendar until you remove them. To reset, click Clear filters at the top of the Calendar.
What you can filter by
Check-in status — today's arrivals, today's departures, checked-in bookings, checked-out bookings.
Payment status — paid, unpaid, partially paid, overpaid, or bookings with scheduled payments.
Booking source — Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, manual bookings, Amenitiz direct.
Room category — show only a specific room type (e.g. standard, superior).

Filters apply to the whole Calendar until you remove them — they persist as you scroll across dates or change view (week, month, etc.).

Can I combine multiple filters?

Yes. You can stack filters — for example, "today's arrivals" + "unpaid" + "Booking.com" — to narrow the view to a very specific set of bookings.

A filter is still active and excluding them. Click Filters to review what's selected, or hit Clear filters to see every booking again.
Do filters affect what's shown to my guests?
Do filters affect what's shown to my guests?
No. Filters only change what you see in the Calendar — they don't affect availability on your Booking Engine or OTAs.
