I see an error icon in my AmenitizPay account

Updated over 3 weeks ago

In this article, you'll find the main steps to understand and fix the error symbol (exclamation point) showing in your AmenitizPay account.

Common issues

If you're seeing an error or an exclamation point in your AmenitizPay account, it may be caused by one of the following:

  • Missing documents: You may not have uploaded all the required documents for Stripe verification.

  • Expired or invalid documents: Documents submitted to Stripe might be blurry, expired, or do not match the required format.

  • Verification still in progress: Stripe is still reviewing your submitted documents.

  • Rejected documents: Stripe rejected one or more documents and requires you to re-submit them.
