To optimize your payment management, you can choose to assign specific colors to reservations according to their payment status This feature provides quick visibility and enables you to easily identify the status of your payments. To view the payment status in detail:
- Go to calendar
- Click on the reservation
- Navigate to the payment section
Here, you can access information such as the amount to be paid, the amount that has been paid, and the amount that is still due.
Additionally, the lower part of the section displays the payment method used, such as a payment link, credit card, or bank transfer, along with its corresponding status, which can be paid, unpaid, etc.
Now, let's explore the different payment statuses you may come across:
Paid: payment has been successfully paid by the guest
Waiting: the payment has not been paid yet we are waiting for the guest to pay
Scheduled: the payment has not been paid yet, but it is scheduled to be paid for a specific date.
Failed: the payment failed. We were not able to process the payment. This status is associated with an error that will be displayed in the payment details.
Canceled: the payment was canceled by the hotelier.
Refunded: the payment was refunded by the hotelier
Expired: the payment (request) has expired and can no longer be paid
Overpaid: the payment has been overpaid
Paid out: The payment was successful and included in the last paid out of Amenitiz.
Disputed: the payment has been canceled by the gust (action required)
Charged back: payment was disputed and not by the hotelier. Money was charged back
