Now, let’s break down the actions you can perform and how each one works.
What is it? This action allows you to set whether your property is open or closed for bookings on your website and across OTAs like Booking.com, Airbnb, or Expedia.
Why use it?
- If your rates are closed, your rooms won’t appear for bookings.
- All rate plans are closed by default, so you’ll need to open them to start receiving bookings.
How to do it:
- Head to the Planning > Inventory tab.
- Select ‘Bulk Update’.
- Choose the rooms and rate plans you want to open/close.
- Select the date range(s) for when this should apply.
- Choose Open rate or Close rate from the action options.
- Hit Update and confirm!

What is it? This action lets you update the number of rooms available for booking during specific periods.

- Helps you sync room availability across OTAs, your website, and manual bookings.

How to do it:
- Navigate to the Planning > Inventory tab and click ‘Bulk Update’.
- Select the rooms and rate plans to adjust.
- Choose your desired date range(s).
- Pick the Set availability option.
- Input the number of rooms you want to make available.
- Click Update and confirm!

- Adjusting the primary rate plan will automatically impact any linked (or derived) rate plans.
How to do it:
- Go to the Planning > Inventory tab and select ‘Bulk Update’.

- Select the date range(s).
- Pick Set price from the list of actions.
- Enter the new price for the selected rooms and dates.
- Confirm your changes by hitting Update.

How to do it:
- Start by going to the Planning > Inventory tab and click ‘Bulk Update’.
- Select the rooms and rate plans you want to adjust.
- Define the date range(s).
- Choose the Set minimum stay or Set maximum stay option.
- Enter the required number of nights for the selected period.
- Hit Update to apply the changes.
Note: If the restrictions are linked to other rate plans, changes will apply to all linked plans.

- Select Open/Close room’s arrival or Open/Close room’s departure.
