Chapka is an insurance service that your travellers can take out at the time of booking.
Through our partner Chapka, you offer peace of mind to your travellers in case of unforeseen problems during their stay, and you are guaranteed no loss of money on your booking.
It is completely free of charge for you, the hotelier.
How it works
When booking on your Amenitiz booking engine, the traveller can decide whether or not to take out insurance.
The cost
The Chapka Insurance fee for the traveller is 3.7% of the accommodation amount of the booking or a minimum of €5.
The fee is calculated on the accommodation amount only, not on the whole booking.
Example :
You will receive the full amount of the booking, minus the commission + the insurance amount (the 3.7% or €5 minimum) via your weekly AmenitizPay payment.
A deduction will then be made from your account at the beginning of the month for the amount of insurance that your traveller has chosen. You will receive an invoice at the beginning of the month to justify the amount.
This is entirely free of charge for you, the hotelier.

Requirements & Conditions
- Insurance is available for EU citizens worldwide and foreign guests from the EU only.
- This option will only be available to AmenitizPay users, as the insurance must be paid for at the time of booking.
- The insurance is only available for direct bookings, as the customer acknowledges the purchase of the insurance and agrees to the sales terms.
- Activation of Chapka requires the creation of specific Sales terms for you. These Terms are mandatory to use Chapka.
