How to change your administrator area default language

Change the language used in your Amenitiz admin area for your own user.

Overview

This article shows you how to change the language used in the Amenitiz admin area for your own user. It is the language you see in menus, buttons and alerts.

Use this article to switch the admin to your preferred working language.


Before you start

  • This setting is personal. Each teammate sets their own admin language.

  • Changing the admin language does not change the website or booking engine language.

  • Available languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese.


Step-by-step instructions

  • Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select My profile.

  • In the Language dropdown, choose your preferred language.

  • Click Save → The admin reloads in the new language.


FAQs

A teammate sees the admin in another language. Why?

Each teammate has their own Language setting in their profile. Ask them to update it in My profile if they want a different language.


My language is not in the list. Can you add it?

Amenitiz currently supports English, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese in the admin. New languages are added based on product roadmap priorities.


Will guest-facing emails also change language?

No. Guest-facing emails use each guest's language, not your admin language.
