This article shows you how to apply an Amenitiz promo code to your subscription so the discount is reflected in your next invoice.
Use this article when you receive a promo code from Amenitiz Sales, Support, or a partner campaign.
Before you start
Only the account owner can apply a promo code.
Have the promo code string ready (case-sensitive).
The discount applies to your next renewal, not to already-paid invoices.
Step-by-step instructions
Go to
Settings→Billing Information.Scroll to the Subscription Summary section and click
Apply promo code.Paste the code and click
Apply.Confirm the discount appears on the next invoice preview.

Codes are case-sensitive, single-use, and time-bound. Check the expiry date in the email you received. Contact [email protected] if it still fails.

No. Only one promo code can be active on a subscription at a time. Applying a new code replaces the previous one.

Promo discounts appear on the invoice issued at the next renewal date. If you applied the code after the invoice was generated, the discount will apply to the following cycle.
