Overview
Invite another hotelier to join Amenitiz. When they become a paying customer, both of you receive a discount on your Amenitiz subscription. The size of the discount depends on the number of rooms the referred property has.
Before you start
The Referral Program is available to customers in Spain, Italy, France and Portugal.
The referred property must have 3 or more rooms. Properties with 1 or 2 rooms are not eligible.
The property must not already be an Amenitiz customer and must not be in an active sales process with our team.
How much you and your friend earn
Both you (the referrer) and the hotelier you refer receive the same discount on your Amenitiz subscription, based on the size of the referred property:
3–9 rooms → €150 off subscription
10–19 rooms → €200 off subscription
20+ rooms → €300 off subscription

Recommend Amenitizin your Amenitiz dashboard.Fill in your friend's first name, last name, email and phone.
Select the
Type of property managed by your referral(hotel, B&B, hostel or property manager) and theNumber of rooms or properties managed.Add a short note on why you recommend Amenitiz (optional).
Click
Submit.
Our commercial team will contact your friend as a qualified lead and keep you updated on the outcome.
📌 Note
The discount is applied to both subscriptions once your friend has paid 3 full months of invoices, has no unpaid invoices and has no open cancellation request.
⚠️ Warning
The referral discount replaces all other discounts. It can't be combined with seasonal promotions, one-off offers or any other commercial discount.

Yes, there's no limit. You can submit as many referrals as you like. Each valid referral that becomes a paying customer earns you and the referred hotelier the corresponding discount on your subscriptions.
What happens if my friend cancels before the 3 months are up?

The discount is only applied after your friend has paid 3 full months of invoices. If they cancel before then, neither of you receives the discount.

No. If you bring a second property you own onto Amenitiz, this is treated as an upsell or expansion, not a referral, and no discount is given.

A referral is only valid if your friend mentions they were referred during their first call with our team, and if they weren't contacted by us in the previous 90 days.
