Connect your Amenitiz website to Google Hotel to show your live rates and availability on Google Search and Maps. Travellers who find your property can book directly on your Amenitiz site — at no commission to Google.

Avoid the high OTA commissions on bookings sent by Google
The connection is activated by Amenitiz support once your hotel meets the Google Hotel eligibility checklist below.
How does it work?
Before you start — eligibility checklist
Google Hotel has strict eligibility rules. Tick all of these before requesting the connection:
Google Business Profile — your property has an active, verified Google Business Profile.
Eligible property category — your property is registered on Google as one of: Hotel, Motel, Hostel, Resort Hotel, Mountain Hut (Lodge), Camping Cabin, Extended Stay Hotel (Aparthotel), Love Hotel, Inn, Bed and Breakfast (Guest House or Pension), Farm Stay, Japanese Inn (Ryokan), Capsule Hotel (Pod Hotel), Religious Accommodation, Budget Japanese Inn (Minshuku), Holiday Park.
Address matches — the address in your Amenitiz settings exactly matches the address on your Google Business Profile.
Website domain on your Google profile — your Amenitiz website domain is visible in your Google Business Profile.
Same-day bookings allowed — your property must accept same-day bookings.
Sells rooms, not entire units — Vacation Rentals and entire-house / entire-apartment lets are not eligible.
⚠️ Vacation Rentals are not eligible for Google Hotel. Misrepresenting your property category to meet eligibility is prohibited by Google.
Step-by-step instructions
Run through the eligibility checklist above and fix any gap (category, address, website domain, same-day bookings).
Open or update your Google Business Profile if needed. Google may take a few days to verify and publish your listing.
Contact Amenitiz support and request the Google Hotel connection — see How to contact support.
Wait. Once support activates the integration, allow up to several days for booking links to start appearing on your Google profile.
How do I know it's working?
Open your hotel's Google search result and look at the right-side business panel. You should see:
An "Official Website" link pointing to your Amenitiz website
Your base rate and live availability for upcoming dates
If you don't see them yet, your property may still be propagating. The video below shows what to look for.
Important rules
📌 Activation is support-initiated — once your eligibility checklist is complete, contact Amenitiz support to enable the integration. There is no self-service activation.
Property-level connection — Google Hotel applies to the whole property. You cannot connect individual rooms or units.
✅ No commission to Google — Bookings sent from Google Hotel to your Amenitiz website are direct bookings. Google doesn't take a cut.

The link only appears if your property has live availability that matches Google's requirements. Check that:
You have at least one available room for today in Amenitiz.
Your minimum stay is 1 night for the current period.
Your property accepts same-day bookings.
Even if the link is hidden, your property may still be featured on Google Hotel — only this specific display detail varies with availability rules.
How long does it take to appear on Google after activation?
How long does it take to appear on Google after activation?
Several days is normal. After Amenitiz support activates the integration, booking links propagate through Google's systems and may not appear immediately. If nothing shows after a week, contact support to check the connection state.
What's the difference between Google Hotel and Google My Business?
What's the difference between Google Hotel and Google My Business?
Google My Business is your online business card — location, photos, reviews, contact info, opening hours. It helps you appear in Google Search and Maps.
Google Hotel (Hotel Ads) adds your live rates and availability to the same search result, so travellers can compare prices and click straight through to book.
Think of it this way: Google My Business shows your profile; Google Hotel shows your prices and availability.

Does Amenitiz manage my Google Business Profile?
No. Your Google Business Profile is yours, hosted on Google. Amenitiz only transmits your rates and availability so Google can display them next to your profile.
How do I connect Booking.com to Google Hotel?

Amenitiz does not manage that integration. Booking.com has its own connection to Google Hotel handled through its own connectivity providers. See Booking.com Partner Help.

If clicking a Booking.com link from Google doesn't display your rooms, the issue is on Booking.com's side, not Amenitiz's. Amenitiz only handles the link between your Amenitiz website and Google Hotel.

Can I disconnect Google Hotel?
Yes. Contact Amenitiz support and request that the Google Hotel integration be turned off. Past bookings remain in your account — only the live rates/availability stop appearing on Google.
