2. AmenitizPay invoices

You can find your commissions invoices directly in the Settings > Billing information section of your Amenitiz admin, they will be generated every month:

AmenitizPay commission invoices are issued monthly and include all transactions processed via AmenitizPay during the previous month. These invoices are generated only when bookings result in commissionable payments. If there are no bookings processed via AmenitizPay in a given month, no commission invoice will be issued. It is important to note that the tax ID (NIF) of the associated company on your Amenitiz account will appear on the commission invoice.

AmenitizPay Commissions

In the invoice, you will find 1 line per payment. Each line is linked to the payment ID, that you can also find in the AmenitizPay > Transactions tab of your admin, with the details of the transaction: the amount of the reservation, and the commission applied to this transaction. To reconcile AmenitizPay invoices, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Amenitiz admin account.

  2. Navigate to AmenitizPay > Payments in the menu.

  3. Click the Export button located at the top-right corner of the page.

  4. Select the desired month and confirm the export.

  5. Open the downloaded CSV file and locate the "Issued Payments" tab.

  6. In this tab, each row will display the payment amount, commission, and payment ID. Use these details to match payment IDs with their corresponding reservations in your account.

Common Issues and Resolutions

Missing Commission Invoice

If you do not receive a commission invoice for a specific month, it means there were no bookings processed via AmenitizPay during that period. This is because invoices are only generated when there are commissionable payments.

Tax ID on the Invoice

The tax ID (NIF) displayed on the commission invoice corresponds to the company associated with your Amenitiz account. Ensure that your account details are up-to-date to avoid discrepancies.
