Before you start
Make sure you have the following ready — Amenitiz support will need all of it to send the connection request to Agoda:
Your Agoda Property ID (Hotel ID) — visible in the top-right corner of your Agoda extranet.
A list of your Agoda room names and the matching rooms in Amenitiz.
The rate plan you want to connect to Agoda. Not sure how to create one? Here's how to create a rate plan.
Confirm that the number and structure of rooms in Amenitiz exactly match Agoda. Amenitiz can't modify your Agoda inventory directly — room types, quantities, and rate plans must already be correctly configured on the Agoda side.
Step-by-step instructions
Send the connection request to Amenitiz support
Email [email protected] with the subject
Request to Connect Amenitiz with Agoda.Include your Agoda Property ID and the room/rate plan mapping from the checklist above. Support will use these details to send a channel manager connection request to Agoda.
Wait for Agoda to accept the connection request
Agoda must accept the request before the connection can be set up. This happens on Agoda's side — there's nothing to do in Amenitiz at this point.
Verify the connection once activated
Once support confirms the connection is active, your availability and rates will sync automatically from Amenitiz to Agoda, and new Agoda bookings will appear directly in your Amenitiz calendar.
Open your Agoda extranet and check that prices and availability are syncing correctly with your Amenitiz inventory.

Reservations made before the connection won't be imported automatically. Add them manually to your Amenitiz calendar to avoid overbookings.
The connected Agoda rate plan(s) must be set to open on the Agoda side for the sync to work properly.
