How to disconnect your OTA Connection with Amenitiz

Decided to part ways with an OTA? No problem! If you’re looking to disconnect your OTA from Amenitiz, here’s everything you need to know to ensure it’s done correctly. Let’s get started!

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Notify Amenitiz Support Start by contacting our Amenitiz support at [email protected]. Our team will handle the disconnection from our system.

  2. Disconnect on the OTA Side You'll also need to complete the disconnection process directly on the OTA’s platform. - Disconnecting from Booking.com: If You Have Access to Your Amenitiz Account

  3. Log in to your Booking.com extranet.

  4. Click on the profile (person) icon in the top-right corner.

  5. Navigate to Channel manager or Connectivity provider.

  6. If Amenitiz is listed as your channel manager, click Disconnect.

  7. Follow any additional instructions to confirm the disconnection. If You Do Not Have Access to Your Amenitiz Account

  8. Log in to your Booking.com account via the extranet.

  9. Open the specific listing you wish to disconnect.

  10. Click on the profile menu and select Connectivity Provider.

  11. Click the red Disconnect button next to Amenitiz.

  12. Follow on-screen prompts to confirm.

  13. Repeat these steps for any additional listings, as disconnection must be done individually for each. - Disconnecting from Airbnb: If You Have Access to Your Amenitiz Account

  14. Log in to your Airbnb account.

  15. Navigate to Account > Privacy or Account > Linked Services (depending on Airbnb’s current interface).

  16. Look for Amenitiz in the list of connected services.

  17. Click Remove Access or Disconnect next to Amenitiz.

  18. Verify the disconnection by ensuring Amenitiz no longer appears as a linked service. If the Connection Remains on Airbnb’s Side

  19. Log in to your Airbnb account.

  20. Go to Account > Privacy > Services.

  21. Select Amenitiz from the list under Connected services.

  22. Click Disable or Disconnect.

  23. Confirm that Amenitiz is no longer listed as a connected service. Additional Notes:

  • If you manage multiple properties on Booking.com, you must disconnect each listing separately via the extranet.

  • Amenitiz does not manage disconnections for you once your subscription ends. Be sure to perform these actions directly on each OTA platform.

⚠️ Warning

Disconnecting OTAs won’t cancel any existing or future bookings. You’ll need to manage these separately.

Disconnecting an OTA from Amenitiz requires reaching out to our support team and following the OTA’s internal process. Make sure to double-check the disconnection on both sides to ensure everything is correctly deactivated.

Additionally, if you have multiple listings, ensure to disconnect each individually. For users whose Amenitiz subscriptions have ended, you must manually handle all disconnections via the OTA platforms following the provided guidelines.
