Overview

This article explains the prerequisites to complete on your Amenitiz account and on the OTA side before we can set up an XML connection between them. It also lists every OTA we currently support via XML.

Use this article when you want to add a new OTA to your channel manager.

Step-by-step instructions

Create your OTA account and accommodations
- Create your account on the OTA.
- Make sure your accommodations on the OTA match the structure in Amenitiz — same room types and same number of units on both sides.
Set up pricing
- Configure your pricing on the OTA so it matches what you have in Amenitiz.
- On Booking.com and similar platforms, remember to set the pricing per person to match your Amenitiz configuration.
Create a rate plan (if needed)
- If you want to send a different price to the OTA than the one on your booking engine, create a dedicated rate plan for the OTA.
- The number of rate plans on the OTA side must match the number in Amenitiz.
Request the connection
- Once both sides are configured, email [email protected] and our team will launch the XML connection.
- For Airbnb, you can initiate the connection directly from your Amenitiz account — no email required.
