How to use the Airbnb centralised inbox

Overview

The Airbnb centralised inbox brings your Airbnb guest messages into Amenitiz, so you can read and reply without switching tools — saving time on OTA management and reducing the risk of missing a message. This article shows you how to enable it on your Amenitiz account.

Before you start

  • You need a direct Channel Manager connection between Amenitiz and Airbnb. See how to connect Airbnb to the Amenitiz Channel Manager.

  • This feature only works for direct Airbnb connections. It is not available for users connected via third-party platforms like WuBook.

  • If you connected Airbnb to the Amenitiz Channel Manager after 1 June, you already have the permissions needed — no further action required. If you connected before 1 June, follow the steps below to update your Airbnb permissions.


Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the Amenitiz platform and your Airbnb account in the same browser.

  2. In Amenitiz, click Channel Manager.

  3. Click OTAs.

  4. Click Connect Airbnb.

  5. Click Connect Airbnb again at the bottom of the page.

  6. Accept the Airbnb permission request.

  7. Click Allow.

💡 Verify

Once granted, Airbnb messages start syncing into Amenitiz and you can read and reply directly from there.
