Download your clients list from Amenitiz as an Excel file. Use it offline, share it with your team, or import it into another tool such as a CRM or marketing platform.
You can export every client at once, or only the ones you select on the screen.
Step-by-step guide
1. Open the Clients page
From the Amenitiz admin sidebar, click Clients. You land on the list of all clients linked to your hotel.
2. Choose which clients to export
All clients: leave every checkbox unchecked — or tick the box at the top of the checkbox column to select all visible rows.
Selected clients: tick the checkbox next to each client you want to include.
3. Click Export
Click the Export button at the top right of the page. Your Excel file downloads automatically to your computer.
Important rules
The export is an Excel (.xlsx) file — CSV is not available directly.
Each export contains only the clients of the current hotel.
If no checkbox is ticked when you click Export, every client is exported.
The file includes these columns: ID, first name, last name, address, city, ZIP code, country, phone, and email.
