Overview
Once your blog is activated on the website, it's time to create, edit and organise your articles. This article walks through the editor for articles and the categories you use to group them.
Before you start
The blog must already be active on your account. If it isn't, see how to set up a blog first.
You need the Can edit the website permission to create and manage articles.
A new article is saved as a draft by default. Switch visibility to visible to make it live on your site.
Step-by-step instructions
Manage your articles
Go to
Website→Blog. Existing articles are shown on the right side of the screen.To edit an existing article, click its title (in blue). To create a new one, click
Add an article.In the editor, fill in:
Title of the article.
Content — use the magic-wand icon to set titles, subtitles and paragraphs. You can also use bold, lists, links and inline images.
Language the article is written in.
Visibility — set to visible when it's ready to publish, or leave hidden as a draft.
Image — pick a cover image in the Image section on the right.
Category — link the article to one of your categories (see below).
Author — specify a team member's name.
SEO — preview how the article will appear in search results. Click
Edit article seoto refine it.
Click
Save article. If the visibility is set to visible, the article goes live immediately.
Manage your categories
Categories are groups of articles dealing with the same subject. On the blog page, click Manage my categories.
To add a category, click
Add a category. You can set the category name in every language your site supports.To edit a category, click
Editnext to it and update the name as needed.

Open the article and click Delete article. You'll be asked to confirm before the article is removed.

Each article is tied to a single language. To publish the same piece in another language, duplicate the content in a new article and set the appropriate language on it.
