What is NF525?
NF525 is a certification linked to the French anti-fraud VAT law (Article 88 of the 2016 Finance Law).
It applies to any software used to record sales transactions and payments. The certification confirms that the system:
Records financial data in a tamper-proof way
Prevents deletion or silent modification of fiscal records
Ensures secure archiving and traceability
Maintains chronological records of transactions

What Does NF525 Compliance Mean for Amenitiz?
Amenitiz’s billing architecture has been audited and certified to meet French fiscal requirements.
This means that financial records created through the platform follow strict rules designed to ensure transparency, traceability, and secure data storage.
As part of this certification, the platform introduces compliant receipt management and strengthens how billing records are stored and tracked within the system. This helps ensure your property’s financial records remain reliable and compliant with French fiscal regulations.
Am I Already Using the Certified Version?
Not yet. The certified billing workflows will be progressively rolled out to French accounts. You will be notified before the compliant version is activated on your property. Until activation, your current billing workflows remain unchanged.
What Will Change During the Rollout?
As the certified version is activated, some billing processes will evolve to align with compliance requirements.
These updates will ensure that financial transactions recorded in the platform follow the regulatory standards required for certified software.
Do I Need to Take Any Action?
No immediate action is required. You will receive communication before any changes are applied to your account.
