Overview
The Chekin Portal is the Chekin admin embedded directly in your Amenitiz sidebar. You manage bookings, guest data, police credentials, and compliance reports from inside Amenitiz — no separate login, no need to open chekin.com.
The portal appears as soon as Chekin is activated from your Marketplace.
Before you start
Chekin must be activated from Marketplace → Chekin → Activate. See: How to activate Chekin in Amenitiz.
If the Chekin Portal link is not in your sidebar after activation, contact Amenitiz support.
Open the Chekin Portal
In your Amenitiz sidebar, click Chekin Portal.
The portal loads inside Amenitiz. You are already authenticated — no extra login.
What you can do in the portal
Bookings
See every reservation Chekin has received from Amenitiz, with a status per guest:
Completed — guest data was collected and sent to the authorities.
Incomplete / On hold — fields are missing; Chekin cannot submit yet.
From a booking you can resend the check-in link, copy it, send the police submission manually, or correct guest fields.
Guest data
View every detail the guest entered in the online check-in form, including ID document scans, signatures, and full address. The lead guest's details also sync back to the client record on the booking in Amenitiz; additional guests stay only in the portal.
Properties
Configure your property settings:
Property Info — name, address, fiscal details.
Online check-in — when the form is sent to guests, language, optional contract.
Legal — credentials for the local police authority (Polizia di Stato + ISTAT, SEF, SAS Hospedaría, SIRE, INM, etc.).
Reports
Download guest and police reports for a date range and selected properties. The exports are CSV / Excel files you can use for accounting, marketing, or audits.

The Chekin Portal is the same Chekin admin you would see at chekin.com — embedded inside Amenitiz. You can still log in to chekin.com directly if you prefer, but it is no longer required.
⚠️ Warning
Premium features such as Smart Locks / Remote Access and Identity Verification are paid extras on the Chekin side. Enabling them in the Chekin Portal triggers Chekin billing.

Either Chekin is not activated for your account, or the integration has not finished provisioning yet. Check Marketplace → Chekin shows as activated, then refresh the page. If the link still does not appear, contact Amenitiz support.

No. The Chekin Portal in Amenitiz covers the same operations: bookings, guest data, police credentials, reports.

Refresh the page. If the issue persists, log out of Amenitiz and log back in. If the portal still does not load, contact Amenitiz support with your hotel name and the time you saw the issue.

Yes. Any teammate with admin access to your Amenitiz account sees the Chekin Portal link in their sidebar.
