Notify Amenitiz Support 🛎️
Start by contacting our Amenitiz support at support@amenitiz.com. Our team will handle the disconnection from our system.

Disconnect on the OTA Side 🔍
You'll also need to complete the disconnection process directly on the OTA’s platform.

Disconnecting from Booking.com:
- Log into the Booking.com extranet.
- Select your property (if needed).
- Go to Account > Channel Manager.
- Click Deactivate. Your connection will be disabled, and listings will be non-bookable after 24 hours.

Disconnecting from Airbnb:
- Log into your Airbnb account.
- Go to Profile> Account> Privacy & Sharing> Connected apps.
- Select Amenitiz and click ‘Remove access’.

Disconnecting from Booking.com:
Disconnecting an OTA from Amenitiz requires reaching out to our support team and following the OTA’s internal process. Make sure to double-check the disconnection on both sides to ensure everything is correctly deactivated.
