This article explains how to connect your Amenitiz account with Booking.com.
Step-by-Step guide
1. Check Your Amenitiz setup
Before connecting to Booking.com, make sure your Amenitiz account is ready:
- ✅ Check your listings – Your accommodations and room types in Booking.com must exactly match what you have listed on Amenitiz. Double-check the number of rooms and units.
- ✅ Check rate plans – In Booking Engine > pricing, ensure that:
- Your OTA rate plans are active.
- Each rate is linked to the correct rooms.
- The rates you want to connect exist on both Amenitiz and Booking.com.
Example: If you have a Standard Rate in Booking.com, it will be connected to your Booking/OTA Rate in Amenitiz. Likewise, if you have a Non-Refundable Rate in Booking.com, it will be linked to your Non-Refundable Booking/OTA Rate in Amenitiz. Click here to learn more about OTA rates.
- ✅ Verify price per person (If used) – If you use price per person pricing in Amenitiz (Property > Accommodations), ensure that it's also set up in Booking.com (Rates & Availability > Pricing per Guest). If not, update one platform so they match.
- ✅ Prepare your room mapping – Before moving forward, write down which rooms in Amenitiz correspond to which rooms in Booking.com. To ensure accuracy, we recommend writing down the last three digits of the Booking.com room ID, making the setup process smoother and reducing the chance of errors.
2. Set Amenitiz as your connectivity provider on Booking.com
To allow Amenitiz to sync with your Booking.com account, you need to designate it as your connectivity provider. Here’s how:
- Log into your Booking.com Extranet.
- Navigate to Account (The circular head icon in the top right) Connectivity Provider.
- Search for Amenitiz and select it as your provider.
- Ensure that the Extranet Access option is checked (this is essential for full functionality).

3. Check your rate plans on Booking.com
Before contacting support, ensure that all your rate plans in Booking.com are correctly set up for the integration.
- ✅ Make sure all rates are XML rates
- Go to Rates & Availability Calendar Rate Plans in your Booking.com Extranet.
- All rates should be labeled “Managed by your calendar” / “Mapped from Amenitiz” (XML RATE).
- If a rate is Not XML RATE, please contact Booking.com support to change it to an XML one.
4. Contact Amenitiz support to finalise the connection
Once you've completed the steps above, send an email to support@amenitiz.com with the subject "Request to Connect Amenitiz with Booking.com".
📌 Include the following in your email:
- Your Amenitiz account name
- Your Booking.com Hotel ID
- Your room mapping details (which Amenitiz room links to which Booking.com room)
- The rate plans you want to link
Our team will then finalise the connection and confirm once everything is ready.
