Exciting news alert! We've just rolled out a cutting-edge onboarding process, revolutionizing the way our hoteliers activate their accounts. This enhanced flow is designed to make setting up your account a breeze, ensuring a smooth and intuitive onboarding journey from start to finish. Let's dive into the details! 👀

Introducing: Self-Onboarding

✔️ Eligibility Criteria:

🌟Sales Pro and Ultimate Plus customers.

🌟 Hotels, B&Bs, and Hostels. If you are a Property Manager, unfortunately, this process is not available yet for your type of account.

📍 Starting Point: Sign-Up Link Creation

One member of our Sales Team will help you fill in the first form. Here you’ll set up your password, confirm your data, and create your account.

💡 Tip

This password is your ticket to the Amenitiz universe, memorize it.

After this, a quick pitstop for the subscription payment is required before proceeding. 💳

Once you complete the payment, here is how you need to proceed to finish the process 👇

Summarizing the Steps:

1️⃣ Add Accommodations

Facilitate the procedure with Accommodation Import: You’ll have available all the accommodation types of your Booking.com account and, from this list, you can set the number of units you want to create in your Amenitiz account. 🏡

⚠️ Warning

Be vigilant when importing. The subscription price depends on the declared number of units. Accuracy is key! 💸

2️⃣ Set Default Prices

Add default prices for each accommodation type. Maybe you’ll change your mind and need to edit these later? Easy – just head to Property → Accommodation (you can see the detailed steps in this article).

3️⃣ Set Rate Plans

Define rate plans. Choose from Weekly, Monthly, or Non-refundable options. Add percentage adjustments (on top of the standard price) and cancellation policies to fit your needs. 💰

⚠️ Warning

The rates will be assigned by default to all the account rooms. If this needs to be changed later, you can edit and create custom rate plans once your account has been created, in the Pricing section (check this article for more information).

4️⃣ Set the Sales Terms

Write your cancellation policy for the sales terms (this will only be available if you’ve chosen to have at least one cancellable sales term). Select how many days before the check-in guests can cancel and cancellation percentages ➡️ a text will be automatically generated by the system. Then, it's all about customization!

5️⃣ The Finish Line! 🏁

After setting the Sales Terms, you’ll have a quick visit to the conclusion page, and there you go! 🪄 Redirected to the Amenitiz dashboard and ready to start.
