This article shows you how to edit the billing information on your Amenitiz account: company name, legal address, VAT/tax number, and billing email.
Use this article before your next renewal so the information on your invoices matches your current legal entity.
Before you start
Only the account owner can change billing information.
Changes apply to invoices issued after the update. Already-issued invoices cannot be modified.
Have your legal entity name, tax ID and billing address ready.
Step-by-step instructions
Go to
Settings→Billing Information.Update the fields you need:
Company name— the legal name that appears on invoices.Billing address— street, postcode, city, country.VAT / tax number— drives whether VAT is applied.Billing email— the address that receives invoice notifications.
Click
Save→ The next invoice will use the new details.

For tax and currency reasons, some country changes cannot be self-serve. Email [email protected] from the owner email with the new legal entity details.

I entered a VAT number but VAT is still charged. What now?
Check the VAT number format (including the country prefix). Amenitiz validates the number with the VIES registry; if VIES cannot verify it, VAT is charged on the next invoice. Fix the number or contact [email protected].

Can I have two billing emails?
Yes. Separate multiple billing emails with a comma in the Billing email field. All listed addresses will receive invoice notifications.
