How to manage your payment method

Keeping your payment methods up to date ensures that your subscription payments are processed smoothly — with no interruptions to your service.

What you can do:

  • Add a new payment method

  • Set a payment method as your default

  • Remove payment methods you no longer use


How to manage payment methods in Amenitiz

  1. From your Amenitiz dashboard, go to Settings ► Billing Information.

  2. In Billing Information, scroll down to the Payment Methods section where you'll find the option to view, add, or manage your current payment details.

Add a new payment method

  1. Click + New to open the credit card registration form.

  2. Enter your card details and click Add card.

Note: The new card won't automatically become your default payment method — you’ll need to set it manually (see below).

SEPA payments: SEPA is available for properties with more than 5 rooms or units. If you meet this criteria and would like to enable SEPA, please contact our Support team for review and activation.

Set a default or remove a payment method

  1. To set a payment method as default, click the three dots next to it and select Make default payment method.

  2. To remove a method, click the three dots and choose Remove payment method.

  3. Your changes will be saved automatically.
