How to manage your payment method

Keeping your payment methods up to date ensures that your subscription payments are processed smoothly — with no interruptions to your service. Additionally, Amenitiz charges subscription fees automatically based on your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual) and payment method (credit card or SEPA direct debit, available in SEPA-supported countries).

If you encounter issues adding a new card, ensure any outstanding subscription invoices are paid first. Check for a pending payment banner in your account and use the provided payment link to settle the invoice before proceeding to update your payment method.

  • Add a new payment method

  • Set a payment method as your default

  • Remove payment methods you no longer use


How to manage payment methods in Amenitiz

  1. From your Amenitiz dashboard, go to Settings ► Billing Information.

  2. In Billing Information, scroll down to the Payment Methods section where you'll find the option to view, add, or manage your current payment details.

Add a new payment method

  1. Click + New to open the credit card registration form.

  2. Enter your card details and click Add card.

Note: The new card won't automatically become your default payment method — you’ll need to set it manually (see below).

SEPA payments: SEPA/direct debit payments are not supported by default. If you need SEPA, contact support to check if it can be enabled for your account.

FAQs

Can I delete my only remaining payment method?

No, you must have at least one valid payment method linked to an active subscription.

How do I ensure my new card is used for future payments?

Set the new card as the default payment method by selecting Make Default Payment Method after adding it.

Can I use SEPA/direct debit for payments?

SEPA payments are not supported by default. Contact support to check if this option can be enabled for your account.

Set a default or remove a payment method

  1. To set a payment method as default, click the three dots next to it and select Make default payment method.

  2. To remove a method, click the three dots and choose Remove payment method.

  3. Your changes will be saved automatically.

Note: You cannot delete the last remaining payment method if your subscription is active.
