Keeping your payment methods up to date ensures that your subscription payments are processed smoothly — with no interruptions to your service. Additionally, Amenitiz charges subscription fees automatically based on your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual) and payment method (credit card or SEPA direct debit, available in SEPA-supported countries).

How to manage payment methods in Amenitiz
From your Amenitiz dashboard, go to Settings ► Billing Information.
In Billing Information, scroll down to the Payment Methods section where you'll find the option to view, add, or manage your current payment details.
Add a new payment method
Click + New to open the credit card registration form.
Enter your card details and click Add card.
Note: The new card won't automatically become your default payment method — you’ll need to set it manually (see below).
SEPA payments: SEPA is available for properties with more than 5 rooms or units. If you meet this criteria and would like to enable SEPA, please contact our Support team for review and activation.
Set a default or remove a payment method
To set a payment method as default, click the three dots next to it and select Make default payment method.
To remove a method, click the three dots and choose Remove payment method.
Your changes will be saved automatically.
