Overview
This is the payment method Amenitiz charges for your subscription invoices — your monthly or annual bill for the platform itself. Not the same thing as how your guests pay you (that's AmenitizPay). The default option is a credit card; SEPA direct debit is available in SEPA-supported countries on request.
From the Billing Information page you can add a new card, set which one is your default, or remove old ones — as long as at least one valid method stays on file.
Before you start
An active subscription needs at least one valid payment method on file. You can't delete the last remaining method while your subscription is running.
If you can't add a new card, you probably have an unpaid subscription invoice. Look for a pending-payment banner in your Amenitiz account and settle that first — the new card won't go on until any outstanding balance is cleared.
Adding a new card doesn't make it your default automatically. After adding, you have to mark it as default explicitly — otherwise the previous default stays in use.
SEPA direct debit isn't enabled by default. If you're in a SEPA-eligible country and want to switch from card to SEPA, contact support and we'll enable it on your account.

Can I delete my only remaining payment method?
Can I delete my only remaining payment method?
Not while your subscription is active. You need at least one valid method on file at all times. Add a replacement card first, set it as default, and only then can you remove the old one.
I'm trying to add a new card and it won't go through — what's wrong?
I'm trying to add a new card and it won't go through — what's wrong?
Usually means there's an unpaid subscription invoice blocking the change. Look at the top of your Amenitiz account for a pending-payment banner — click the link in it to pay the outstanding invoice. Once paid, you'll be able to add the new card.
How do I make sure my new card is used for the next billing cycle?
How do I make sure my new card is used for the next billing cycle?
Adding a card doesn't automatically mark it as default. After adding, click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the new card and select Make default payment method. The very next subscription charge goes to that card.
Can I use SEPA direct debit for my subscription instead of a card?
Can I use SEPA direct debit for my subscription instead of a card?
SEPA isn't available by default on the Payment Methods page. If you're in a SEPA-eligible country (Eurozone + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Switzerland, Monaco), contact [email protected] and we'll check whether SEPA can be enabled on your account. Once enabled, the SEPA option appears alongside the credit card option.
When does Amenitiz actually charge my card?
When does Amenitiz actually charge my card?
Charges run automatically on the billing cycle you signed up for — monthly or annual. The exact charge date matches your subscription's renewal date. You'll receive an email receipt for each charge, and the corresponding invoice is available in the same Billing Information page.
