Overview
If your Airbnb connection was set up through the Amenitiz Channel Manager, you can set or change the price per person directly from Amenitiz. This article walks you through the two fields you need: how many guests are included in your base price, and how much each additional guest costs.
Before you start
This only applies to Airbnb connections set up from the Channel Manager in Amenitiz. If your Airbnb is connected another way, the Airbnb Settings page won't be available — contact support.

Step-by-step instructions
Go to
Channel Manager→OTAs→Airbnbin the sidebar.Find the accommodation you want to edit. Click the
3-dot menuto the right of it and pickAirbnb Settings.In the Pricing section, set:
Guests included— the number of guests covered by your base price.Price per extra guest— the surcharge in € for each additional guest above that number.
Click
Updateat the bottom right to save your changes.If you charge per-person on more than one accommodation, repeat the steps for each one.
Example
You have a room for up to 4 guests. Your default price is set for 2 guests, and you charge €15 per extra guest. Set Guests included to 2 and Price per extra guest to 15.

Per night. Airbnb multiplies the surcharge by the number of nights and the number of extra guests above your included count.

Set Guests included to the maximum capacity and leave Price per extra guest at 0. Guests above the included count won't be allowed to book.

No. The per-extra-guest field is a single rate that applies to any guest beyond the included count, regardless of age.
