Overview
PriceAdvisor is Amenitiz's pricing recommendation tool — it looks at competitor data and market trends and tells you whether your rates are too low or too high for each date. New users get a 14-day free trial. The trial auto-renews into a paid subscription at €6 per room/unit per month if you don't cancel before day 14.
Before you start
The trial gives you full access to PriceAdvisor for 14 days — no payment is taken when you activate.
After day 14, the subscription auto-renews at €6 per unit per month. To avoid being billed, cancel before the trial ends (see Step 2).
PriceAdvisor recommends prices — it doesn't change your rates automatically. You decide whether to apply each suggestion (via Bulk Update or directly on the rate plan).
The trial applies only to PriceAdvisor; the rest of your Amenitiz plan is unaffected.
Step 1 — Start the free trial
In the sidebar, click
PriceAdvisor.A trial banner appears. Click Start Free Trial.
Review the property details (rooms covered, monthly cost after trial).
Click Confirm Subscription. No charge is taken now — you have 14 days of full access.

Step 2 — Cancel before the trial ends (if you don't want to be billed)
📌 Note — If you do nothing, the subscription auto-renews on day 15 at €6 per unit per month. Cancel before day 14 to avoid being charged.
In the sidebar, go to
Settings.Scroll to Billing Information. You'll see the PriceAdvisor trial entry with its end date.
Click End Trial. The trial stops immediately and no auto-renewal happens.
You can come back and re-subscribe to PriceAdvisor at any time from the same sidebar entry.

No. PriceAdvisor is a standalone add-on. Cancelling it stops the €6/unit/month line but doesn't touch your main Amenitiz plan or any other add-ons.
