How to customise your invoice design

Brand your Amenitiz invoices and estimates — pick the invoice format (Simplified or Detailed), add a footer like a thank-you message, set your brand colour, and upload your logo at the recommended 150 × 80 px.

Overview

The invoicing tool lets you brand your invoices and estimates with your own visual identity — choose the invoice format, add footer text, set a colour, and upload your logo. This article shows you where to find these controls and what each one does.

Before you start

Step by step

  1. In the sidebar, go to InvoiceSettings.

  2. Under Type of invoice, pick the format:

    • Simplified — items in invoices are grouped by category.

    • Detailed — items are displayed without grouping.

  3. In Invoice default footer, add the text you want to appear at the bottom of every invoice and estimate.

  4. In Invoice color, pick the colour applied to the header, footer, and item-row borders.

  5. In Invoice logo, upload your logo. Recommended size: 150 × 80 px.

  6. Click Save.

📌 Note

In Spain and Portugal, the panel where you issue an invoice carries a separate choice with almost the same name, also called Invoice type. That one decides whether the invoice shows the client's name and tax ID. The setting on this page only changes how charge lines are grouped, and it applies to every invoice you issue.
