Overview
This article explains how the website builder works so you can use it to make changes to your Amenitiz website. The builder has three main tabs at the top — Theme, Pages and Builder — that control the look of your site, which pages it has, and the contents of each page.
Before you start
Your user needs the Can edit the website permission to access the builder. If the Customize button doesn't appear, ask your Account Owner to enable that access.
Edits in the builder apply to your live site as soon as you save — there's no separate publish step, so make changes deliberately.
Step-by-step instructions
Open the builder. Click
Websitein the sidebar of your Amenitiz administrator area. A submenu appears — clickWebsiteagain, then clickCustomizein the top-right corner of the screen.You'll land on the home page by default. From here you'll see the three main tabs (Theme, Pages, Builder) in the horizontal banner at the top of the screen.
Use
Themeto set the global look. Pick the dominant colour, the secondary colour and the background colour of the site. From here you can also add a favicon, choose the margins model, pick a typography and import custom fonts.Use
Pagesto choose which pages your site has. Click thePagebutton, then pick the page you want from the vertical banner on the left of your screen. You're automatically dropped into the Builder for that page.Use
Builderto edit the page you're on. You can come back to it any time by clicking theBuilderbutton in the top horizontal banner. To modify any element on the page, just click it in the vertical banner on the left of your screen.
