It is useful for controlling last-minute bookings, managing discounted rates, and reducing manual updates to availability.


Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to Booking Engine → Pricing

  2. Select the rate plan you want to configure

  3. Click on Availability Window → ✎ icon

  4. Locate the Closing window setting

  5. Enter the number of days before arrival when the rate should stop being bookable

    • Example: enter 14 to stop bookings 14 days before arrival

  6. Click Save

The closing window will now be applied automatically.
