Overview
The new Reports lets you put a schedule on a report, so it's generated and emailed automatically — to you, or to someone else such as your housekeeper or accountant — instead of opening Reports, setting the dates and exporting it by hand every time.
You choose how often the report is sent and at what time, and each email arrives as a ready-to-open export covering a rolling period (last week, last month, and so on). The report keeps arriving on schedule until you pause it. This is different from the one-off Email option, which sends a report just once when you click it.
Before you start
Scheduling is part of the new Reports — the menu entry marked Beta. See How to use the new Reports.
You set up a schedule from an individual report using the
Schedulebutton, alongsideExportandEmail.Scheduled reports are delivered by email as a ready-to-open export, covering a rolling period that matches the cadence — for example last week for a weekly schedule, or last month for a monthly one.
The delivery time runs in your property's own timezone, so 8am stays 8am even across daylight-saving changes.

Manage or pause a schedule
All your schedules live under Scheduled reports, opened from the top of Reports. From there you can start another one with New schedule, or pause, edit and delete any existing schedule. A scheduled report keeps sending on its cadence until you pause it — pausing stops delivery until you resume it, and you can update the cadence, delivery time and recipients at any time.
