1. Accessing the Report Builder
To get started, you'll need to navigate to the Report Builder within your Amenitiz account.
Go to "Reports" — In your side menu
Click on "Report Builder" — Then click "Create a new report"
Or duplicate an existing one — Save time with a pre-set layout
2. Choose the type of data you want to report on
When creating a report in the Report Builder, you start by choosing a dataset. This determines the kind of information you’ll be working with. The available datasets are:
Bookings — Includes reservation details such as:
Booking reference, booking source, booking status
Check-in date, check-out date, booking date
Total amount, amount due, number of rooms, number of guests
Room type booked, extras booked
Room revenue, extras revenue, taxes, OTA commission
Client requests and comments
Clients — Guest-related information like:
Full name, ID type, ID number
Address, city, postal code, country
Phone number, email address
Payments — Transactional data such as:
