Overview

Each Airbnb listing connected to Amenitiz has its own page where you edit what guests see — the name and summary, the photos, the room layout, and the check-in details shared once a booking is confirmed.

Changes you save here go to Airbnb, so you can make them without opening the Airbnb extranet.

Before you start

The room must be connected to an Airbnb listing. See How to map your rooms to Airbnb listings.
If a room is disconnected from Airbnb later, its listing page tells you the room is no longer connected and you will need to connect it again before editing.

Step by step

Go to Channel Manager in the sidebar.
Click the Active connections tab and click your Airbnb connection.
Find the room on Room & Rate Mapping and click Airbnb settings on its row.
Pick a section from Forms on the left.

The page header shows which listing you are editing, with its Airbnb listing ID.

What each section covers

Section	What you edit there
Identity	The listing name and short summary guests see first.
Description	The listing name, summary and detailed text guests see on Airbnb. Each configured language is edited separately.
Photos	The photos guests see on the listing. Airbnb needs at least 5 photos before a listing can be published.
Rooms & layout	The physical layout, room by room. Airbnb shows guests the bedrooms, beds and bathrooms.
Bookable units	How many identical rooms of this type you have. See How to tell Airbnb how many rooms of a type you have.
Listing details	Check-in method and instructions, Wi-Fi, the house manual and checkout tasks — shared with guests once a booking is confirmed.
Booking rules	Cancellation policy, check-in and check-out times, guest rules. See How to manage your Airbnb booking rules.

⚠️ Important

Descriptions are per language. Editing the English text does not change the others. Switch language on the Description section and edit each one you offer.
Airbnb requires at least 5 photos before a listing can be published.
Listing details are shared with the guest once their booking is confirmed, not before.

FAQs

Do my changes reach Airbnb straight away?

Yes. Saving a section sends the change to Airbnb. If a save does not go through, the section tells you and offers to try again.

A section says it is coming soon.

That part of the listing is not editable from Amenitiz yet. Edit it on Airbnb for now.

I edited the description but only one language changed.

That is expected. Each language is stored separately on Airbnb. Use the language switcher on the Description section and edit each language you publish in.

The page says the room is no longer connected.

The room was unmapped from its Airbnb listing, so there is nothing to edit. Connect it again from Room & Rate Mapping — see How to map your rooms to Airbnb listings.
