Overview
Already connected to Airbnb and just added a new listing? You can map that new Airbnb listing to its matching Amenitiz accommodation from the Channel Manager — no need to redo the initial Airbnb connection. After mapping, the listing's calendar, prices and bookings sync with Amenitiz.
Before you start
Your Airbnb account must already be connected to Amenitiz. If it isn't, see how to connect your Airbnb account to Amenitiz first.
Create the listing on Airbnb first. Go to airbnb.com, publish the new listing, and confirm it's active. A listing that's still in draft can't be mapped.
Property type cannot be "House". Airbnb's House type is not supported by the Channel Manager. If the listing is set as House, edit it on Airbnb and switch to a supported type (Apartment, B&B, Boutique hotel, etc.) before mapping.
Your Amenitiz Airbnb rate plan must include the new accommodation, and the rate must be open for it in the inventory. See how to open or close your rates.
Step 1 — Open the Airbnb connection page
In the sidebar, go to
Channel Manager.Click the
OTAStab.Scroll down to Active Connections and click Airbnb. The Airbnb connection settings page opens.
Step 2 — Map the new accommodation to its Airbnb listing
The connection page shows your Amenitiz accommodations on the left and your Airbnb listings on the right.
Find the new Amenitiz accommodation in the left-hand list.
Click Map next to it.
Pick the matching Airbnb listing from the dropdown, then validate.
Repeat for each new accommodation you want to connect.

If your listing was hidden or unlisted on Airbnb before mapping, Amenitiz publishes it automatically. To hide it again, see how to block/unlist an Airbnb listing.
Step 3 — Review the Airbnb settings for the new listing
After mapping, double-check the Airbnb-specific settings for the new accommodation: advance notice before new bookings, price per extra guest, cleaning fee, minimum stay, etc. See how to change Airbnb settings.

The Amenitiz Channel Manager does not support Airbnb's House property type. Edit the listing on Airbnb and change it to a supported type (Apartment, B&B, Boutique hotel, Loft, etc.). Once Airbnb confirms the change, come back and map it from the Channel Manager.

Confirm the listing is published and active on Airbnb (not a draft, not snoozed). It can take a few minutes for newly published listings to appear in the Channel Manager — refresh the connection page after a couple of minutes. If it still doesn't appear, contact [email protected].

Yes. If the listing was hidden or unlisted on Airbnb, mapping publishes it. If you don't want it visible yet, hide it again from Airbnb afterwards — see how to block/unlist an Airbnb listing.

You map them one at a time on the connection page. Repeat the Map → pick listing → validate flow for each accommodation; the page stays open in between.

Make sure the recreated listing is active and confirmed on Airbnb (not draft), then restart the mapping flow. The Channel Manager treats a recreated listing as a new one — pick it from the dropdown like any other new listing.
