Change price or availability from the Inventory
Go to
Planning → Inventoryin your Amenitiz administrator area.Use the date selector at the top to choose the period you want to view. The table will display 30 days from that date.
In the table, you’ll see different rows such as Availability and Price for each room category.
Click the box for the specific date you want to update.
Your changes will be saved automatically, and a green “Saved successfully” message will appear.
Tip: Use Bulk Update to apply the same change to multiple dates at once. To do this:
Go to Inventory > Bulk updates in your Amenitiz account.
Select the property or rooms you want to update.
Choose the relevant rate plan (e.g., Standard rate).
Set the date range for the update (start date to end date).
In the "Action" field, select one of the following options:
Set price: Enter a specific price to apply.
Increase by: Apply a price increase by a specific amount.

Managing Seasonal or Date-Based Pricing
To adjust prices for specific seasons or recurring periods:
Open the Bulk updates tool from the Inventory section.
Select the accommodation and relevant dates.
In the "Action" field, choose Apply the rate, then select Adjust to and enter the desired price.
Confirm your changes to apply seasonal pricing. This feature allows you to efficiently manage pricing for high-demand seasons or promotional periods.### FAQs: Common Questions About Pricing Adjustments
Does changing the rate for a specific date affect other dates or global pricing?
No, changes made to a specific date apply only to that date. Other dates and your global/default pricing remain unaffected. For broader updates, use the bulk update tool.
Can I apply different prices for different periods using bulk updates?
Yes, you can repeat the bulk update process for each period with a different price. Simply set the desired date range and action for each update.
Notes on rate plans
Changes apply to the rate plan selected in the dropdown menu.
If other rate plans are derived from the one you changed, they’ll automatically update too.
Prices can’t be edited directly on derived rate plans.
When using bulk updates, ensure that the selected rate plan aligns with your pricing strategy, as changes will cascade to derived rate plans automatically.
Change price or availability directly from the Calendar
You can now make quick, day-by-day updates right from the Calendar — ideal for reopening rooms after a cancellation or adjusting rates on the fly.
Go to
Planning → Calendar.Click on the specific date you want to modify.
In the menu that appears, select Edit availability and price.
Update the price or availability for that date:
Confirm your update — the change will be saved instantly, without switching to Inventory.
Example:
A guest cancels for tomorrow? You can reopen the room right from the Calendar by increasing availability for that date.
Or, if the weekend is filling fast, raise the Saturday price directly from the same view.
