How to manage your personal information and password

Update your name, phone number, interface language and change your password from your Amenitiz user profile.

This article shows you how to update your personal information (name, phone, language) and change your password from your Amenitiz user profile.

Use this article when your personal details change or when you want a new password.


Before you start

  • These settings are personal — each user manages their own profile.

  • Changing your email address cannot be done from the profile. Contact [email protected].

  • If you forgot your current password, follow How to reset your password instead.


Step-by-step instructions

Open your profile

  • Click your avatar in the top-right corner → Select My profile.

Update your personal information

  • Edit the First name, Last name, Phone number, and interface Language.

  • Click Save → Changes apply immediately.

Change your password

  • Scroll to the Password section.

  • Enter your Current password and a New password.

  • Click Update password → You stay logged in with the new password.

📌 Note

Use a password of at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers and symbols.


FAQs

Where do I change my email address?

The email address is the unique identifier for your Amenitiz account and cannot be changed from the profile. Email [email protected] with the current and desired email addresses.


Does changing the interface language change the website language?

No. The profile Language setting only changes what you see in the admin.


I was logged out after changing my password. Why?

Active sessions on other devices are terminated when you change the password. Log back in with the new password on each device you use.
